Our recreational rowing program is designed for adults aged 19 years and older who are looking to enjoy the sport of rowing in a non-competitive environment.

The season gets underway in May with our season kick-off day planned for May 5.  (Alternate date:  May 12 if water levels or weather are unfavourable on the 5th.)  Time on the water is flexible to fit your schedule (e.g. during the day, in evenings, on weekends).  Some restrictions may occur while our Competitive and Row for Heart programs are on the water.

Recreational members are expected to have completed a Row for Heart program and/or have previous rowing experience.  Coaching is not included with this membership.

To register, you are invited to bring your completed registration form to the rowing club on kick-off day.  If you aren't able to join us, we will gladly accept your registration through the mail.

* Please note: this program is for those who have rowed before ... either in Row for Heart, with another rowing club or in a competitive program.  'Graduates' of our adult learn to row clinics are also welcome to join this program.
