Row for Heart

Started in 2003, the Row for Heart program is designed for anyone in the community with an interest in learning to row, while helping to raise funds for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.  You will attend rowing lessons once a week for 9 weeks, beginning with an orientation session the week of June 11.

After the 9 week program, compete in the fundraising regatta for the Heart and Stroke Foundation on August 11 at the Laurel Creek Conservation Area in Waterloo.  This promises to be a fun filled day for the whole family, allowing you to showcase your skills as you race against fellow participants.

You can register as an individual or as part of a team.  (Note:  All participants must submit individual registration forms ... even if signing up as part of a team.)  Download your registration form today!
